Please note, the Stove Top Fan-C & Fan-Ce will operate within the temperature range of 60 - 200 degrees C - higher temperature Stove Tops will damage the TEG modules and result in the units failing. It is recommended that a Stove Thermometer be used to confirm your normal Stove Top operating Temperature.
